How do you ensure the freshness of my order during transit?
All perishable goods are packed in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with non-toxic gel ice packs to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in peak condition.
When will my order be delivered?
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Thursday. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday to prevent items from sitting in transit.
Do you cater to specific dietary requirements or allergies?
Each product page contains a full list of ingredients and highlighted allergens. Please note that while we take every precaution, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, and dairy.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
